We are offering a Winter special!
Pay for January and get February free — no registration fee ($80 value)!
Our program will hold your child’s interest indefinitely! Help your child develop strength, coordination, and self-confidence while attending our fun-filled classes each week.
Along with gymnastics, we will also be introducing your child to the basic fundamentals of many other sports including: soccer, baseball, tennis, volleyball, football, golf, bowling, and basketball!
We are convenient and bring our program to your child care location every week.
We follow the CDC guidelines along with a consistent ‘sanitize and disinfect’ effort to keep your child safe and healthy.
We do not transport children anywhere — we teach right at your child care center
Please fill out and send in the registration form located on the back of this form along with a payment of $55.00 (includes a $25 discount for the annual registration fee).

To enroll your child please complete the pop-up “REGISTRATION” form below along with making a payment of $55. (If paying by check, make it out to “Gymnastics Express”, and if paying via Venmo, please add a note with your child’s name and childcare center). (This fee includes the first month’s dues of $55 plus an ANNUAL $25 registration fee, per child).
