Little Ones
We have been in business for over 30 years. The GYM BUS is a unique and innovative way to teach gymnastics, physical fitness and sports to young children between the ages of ‘able to walk’ and six years old. Our class size is usually between 6 – 10 students and each class is 30 minutes in length. Our buses have been converted into mini-gyms, thus creating a very safe and conducive learning environment. We bring a bus full of equipment each week to your school and teach inside the bus. We teach weekly classes continuously throughout the entire year. We do not transport the children.
Equipment is interchanged weekly and includes: balance beam, bars, mats for tumbling, stair steps, mini-trampoline, and various other pre-school fun shaped mats such as a huge donut, incline mat, mail box, octagon barrels, a box and spring board used for vaulting. By bringing this equipment we will be able to teach all of the Olympic Events: balance beam, horizontal bar, floor (tumbling), vaulting, still rings, and parallel bars. Our colorful “Fun Shaped Mats” are designed to teach and excite the student when learning the concepts of Gymnastics. While learning basic Gymnastics, the preschooler develops strength, coordination and self-confidence. In our “GYMNASTICS EXPRESS” bus we also teach many basic skills and words which are important to the child in everyday life. There are skills such as waiting their turn, praising others, being rewarded for good behavior and following directions. Common words we use which the children will become familiar with are words such as over, under, around, behind, in-front, beside, beginning, end, and many, many more. We feel that we not only introduce them to the sport of gymnastics but also teach them some basic skills of everyday life.

Michelle
Michelle Mazel has 37+ years of gymnastics experience, from competitive gymnast to instructor. She holds a Physical Education degree from the University of Missouri and has operated Gymnastics Express in several cities. Michelle is also a National Champion in ballroom dancing and a certified Yoga and Martial Arts instructor.
Ilya Mazel
Ilya played competitive ice hockey for 20+ years, was rated nationally a top 10 wrestler, and is currently a pickleball enthusiast. Michelle and her husband reside in Overland Park and have two young children who have also participated on the Gym Bus.
